Customer Support
Vendors can be more responsive to customers when problems do arise (customer refunds, order cancellations, delivery order missing items and has to be redelivered, etc.).
With a focus on community and local sustainability, InstaMarkt supports a variety of F&B establishments, enabling customers to quickly find, order, pay and engage local vendors. InstaMarkt provides a scalable aggregation platform for vendors in a given area to make delivery profitable.

Our vendors hand select their drivers. That means our drivers have familiarity with your staff, your menu and how you run your business. Other delivery apps have a saturation (oversupply) problem.
Any app can work when business is slow, but the real test is whether staff can have a simple, user experience while still having time to do everything else (attend to customers, have time to properly prep, etc.)
A “Delivery Hub” is a group of nearby vendors (restaurants, food trucks, cafes, breweries, etc.) that collaborate on delivery through centralized operations and a shared delivery driver pool. Delivery Hubs can be distributed (spread out to multiple brick n mortar locations) or all at one location (Ghost Kitchen, Food Park, etc.).
Hub Members are food & beverage vendors such as a restaurant, food truck, bakery, cafes, virtual chef, etc. A hub member will manage the preparation of their mobile app orders (delivery and takeout) placed by customers in collaboration with the hub host and delivery hub drivers. Each hub member can manage their own menu (menu items, descriptions, prices, categories, special instructions, add-ons, etc.) and ensure that delivery and takeout orders are prepared properly.
InstaMarkt is a localized, aggregation platform for delivery | takeout. InstaMarkt sets up and facilitates operations for all delivery hubs and participating vendors. InstaMarkt helps to ensure that both vendors | drivers are paid out on-time and customers are locally supported.
InstaMarkt is able to cluster nearby vendors (delivery hub) that work collaboratively to support delivery and takeout.
● Self-Managed: Vendors have more control over things like refunds, order cancellations, redelivery, etc. and a local rep (territory manager) that can assist.
● Locally Supported: Each delivery hub is autonomous and self-sufficient. Hubs can use a combination of both independent contractors and their own employees. Employees can go “off clock” to deliver an order and then resume their duties when they return.
● High volume of deliveries (more $, tips) in a concentrated time frame (ex. 4 pm – 8 pm).
● Due to the aggregation of hub orders from participating vendors, there is a higher percentage of multi-order (doubles, etc.) deliveries.
● Drivers get 100% of their tips and a per trip fee for gas | mileage. Our trip fee adjusts to any change in the customer delivery charge for a given area.
● Drivers get an automatic 20% tip for any “Long” Delivery (distance of 5-10 miles)
● Supporting Credit, Debit and Cash (COD) payments, InstaMarkt will calculate the daily payout vendors can expect to get and handle all of the necessary deductions (delivery charge, tips, etc.). Vendors are paid out every 2 business days.
● Drivers keep cash collected from Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and are paid out weekly after reconciliation.

Not all delivery drivers are created equal. Quality, not quantity. Vendors can be very selective about the delivery drivers that support them. InstaMarkt understands that in many cases, there is already a relationship between drivers and vendors. We choose to capitalize and leverage those “trusted” relationships.

Customers are always on the go and literally can’t afford to wait in line. If customers order in advance, vendors have time to prep these meals when things are not as busy. Using “Timed Orders” allows vendors to be more profitable and reduce customer wait time.
Some delivery apps will offer “free delivery”, but then tack on a hefty service fee. Some will limit the delivery range (delivery coverage area) for the vendor. All of these “special rules” are not only hard to track, but they are constantly changing. InstaMarkt customers only have to pay for the expected costs (like sales tax, delivery charge, etc.) and vendors appreciate the straight-forward approach . InstaMarkt charges a per order commission and that’s it.

Yes we do! Similar to other delivery apps, we leverage a 3rd party to verify a customer’s age to ensure State and local compliance. To simplify things, we handle validating someone’s age using only data (full name, dob, etc.). In other words, we don’t require the customer to take a selfie, upload a photo of their driver’s license or drivers being required to scan a customer’s ID. We use this approach because it is very convenient (and fast) for everyone involved. Customers are able to buy beer, spirits, wine, etc. from local bars and liquor stores.
